great resort but minor room maintenance needed

The staff provided really good service, with Zoe at the reception being particularly nice. The extensive facilities made everything easy and pleasant for my family. I especially loved the pool view and the crystal-clear waters, made swimming enjoyable every day.

The only downside was the occasional maintenance issue in the room that needed attention.

Peaceful and great place, private parking, very welcoming staff. Perfect location, above average and large breakfast with good choice of food. Good service and an a la carte restaurant onsite...

Had a nice week. We wanted a break from the rain and got a week with nothing but sun, so we were happy. The hotel was nice.

Don't miss the a la carte restaurant. It offers great food options unlike the buffet. A gem you'll want to try!

It depends a lot which room you have some has nice views and balcony but some are looking at fences and very dark. There is a big swimmingpool with bar, the staff is friendly and can give good information. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Most of the equipment in our appartment didn't work. The cleaning was not done well. We had 2 balconies of which one was looking at a fence and one was at a road side. Behind our bedroom there was a kind of barn were the staff would take their breaks which was quite inconvenient. The area around our balcony was not maintained. The swimmingpool was very crowded and not very clean. The prices in the bar were very high and you have no easy parking nearby. To have a nice beach you need to go far. It's a very touristic area which is very crowded you need to like that.

Tidy hotel with amicable staff and absolutely perfect location so close to the main shopping strip, the 5 * where there are 3 swimming pools and Chania and most popular beaches. Great service overall and parking onsite. Everything very good. Good and tasty food for breakfast.

I stayed for 7 nights in a spacious Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of food options. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Great family experience 🌞

The Jasmine Village Hotel is planned for families in their holidays; the location is nice and convenient, although a bit far from the beach. The rooms are spacious, however the bathroom deserves an award for compressing as many sanitary items into the smallest possible space; there was no way even for a slim person to sit in a straight position on the toilet unless your head is obstructed by the water basin; the shower deserves an award for the oldest shower curtain and the smallest basin; luckily hot and cold water supply was always functioning.

The staff is helpful but do not believe in anything they tell you about tours etc. Wakeup call was forgotten because the night watch preferred to watch TV.

The extra charge for the water park felt unfair, especially with two single beds pushed together instead of a double, made sleeping uncomfortable. We also found the amenities to be much less than expected for a supposed 5-star hotel, and the value wasn't there at all.

Stay away. Many things are broken down. They are not cleaning all the days (it is a hotel, not rent rooms). Expensive breakfast and charge of 80 euros as a guarantee for the remote contols (of lod a/c and tv) and 10 euros for second room key.

The room is big and brand-new with a MAGNIFICENT view of the sea.

Nice pools with clean facilities. Food at the buffet gets repetitive and lacks variety. Activities like tennis keep things fun.

I will not go again. Not close to the beach, no umbrellas for the residents, the balconies are too close and too much noise. 12 euros for breakfast, 10 euros for the second room key and 80 euros for the remote controls (guarantee). On Sunday and public holidays no cleaning (fortunately the reception works for toilette paper). Onebedroom Rooms might seem big but really uncomfortabl, studios eventhough smaller they are a better option. But the best option is to find something else.

Cleanliness of room, for example balcony and floors dirty, lot of dust on tables etc. Water in pool dirty and the pool itself was old and scrappy. Seaweed in some places, due to rocks in water on the side of the pool. High prices in pool bar.
