The staff provided exceptional service, with Zoe at the reception being particularly memorable. The extensive facilities made everything easy and pleasant for my family. I especially loved the pool view and the crystal-clear waters that made swimming enjoyable every day.

The only downside was the occasional maintenance issue in the room that needed attention.

Great family-friendly focus on activities.

Our stay was filled with frustrations. The extra charge for the water park felt unfair, especially with two single beds pushed together instead of a double, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We also found the amenities to be much less than expected for a supposed 5-star hotel, and the value wasn’t there at all.

Nice pools with clean facilities. Food at the buffet gets repetitive and lacks variety. Activities like tennis keep things fun.

Had an amazing group vacation! Our suite was spacious with great amenities. Loved the swimming pool and nearby beach access. We explored Kalamaki Beach and Ethniko Athlitiko Kentro Chanion, both were worth it! Staff were friendly, and varying dining options were convenient. Recommend checking out the animation activities too!

During my stay, I enjoyed the easy strolls to the beautiful Platanias Beach, just a short walk away, and had a wonderful dining experience at Cugini, a lovely Italian restaurant only a few steps from the hotel, which really added to our weekend getaway vibe.

We had such an amazing time as a family! The super friendly staff made us feel right at home. Our Superior Studio was super comfy and clean. Loved the all-inclusive food options. there were so many choices! Only thing was the wifi was kinda spotty at times, but honestly, we didn’t mind it much.
